A Vaginal birth after Caesarian or trial of scar is normally done in hospital. This enables the mom to give birth normally who previously had a caesarian. The success rates are between 84% to 91.3%. Screening and monitoring is important for the mom and baby’s safety. During birth more monitoring occurs.
